Why we charge for the diagnosis.

Suspended-account work attracts vendors who quote a flat fee with a restoration promise. Most cannot deliver — and many lose your account further by submitting appeals or running automation against a flagged profile. We charge for the diagnosis because the diagnosis is the product. If LinkedIn ultimately restores your account, that is its decision; if it does not, you still have a written root-cause analysis from a senior operator that you can hand to whichever advocate you engage next.

For context on why suspensions happen — and the patterns we look for first — see our blog post "Why suspended LinkedIn accounts almost always involve automation" (ships at IS5 / W5).
