TTPA services are “Valet-Tailored” for each customer; this site shows examples only. Yours will differ according to your particular needs.

We do it Exactly the way you would do it yourself if you had the luxury of time with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

Frequently asked questions

Twenty questions. Twenty answers. No marketing spin.

Buyers we serve do not want to dig. Below are the questions we actually get on discovery calls, grouped into five buckets. Every answer links to the upstream pain it addresses and one place to go next.

Pricing & refunds

  1. 1.1 How much does TTPA Discovery cost?

Tier 1 is AUD $2,550/month (single-buyer); Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 are only available after 3 months on Tier 1. Tier 0 is a one-shot AUD $300 suspension consult. Tier 4 is a "Valet" quote for organisation-wide programmes. No self-service signup.

Pain §16 procurement-grade pricing transparency See full pricing →

  2. 1.2 Are payments prepaid or in arrears?

Prepaid only. Every Tier 0-4 subscription is paid at the start of the billing month. All Tiers are paid up front. There is no net-30 / net-60 invoicing.

    Read the refund policy →

  3. 1.3 How does the refund policy actually work?

Refund by delivery. Within the first 7 days of the second month of a new engagement (The first month is not refundable because of the personalised cost involved in setting up a dedicated laptop with a unique, non-reusable network card and a new operating system with VPN for your "Tailored" services to YOU and Your context) you can cancel and receive a refund of any work line-item that has not yet been delivered. The voice-match interview, the dedicated-laptop provisioning and the senior-labour line-item are non-refundable once delivered (The first month is not refundable). The refund-policy page renders a live three-band visual (green/amber/gray) showing exactly what would be refunded.

Pain §17.2 refund clarity Open the refund policy →

  4. 1.4 Is there a long-term contract?

No. Engagements are month-to-month at the standing tier price, on a prepaid basis. Annual prepay (with a 16.7% discount) is available on /pricing/.

Pain §17.1 long-term contract aversion See pricing →

  5. 1.5 What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay) and Link via the embedded Stripe Payment Element on /checkout/ (all tiers). For all Tiers, our preferred method of payment is the Wire/Direct Transfer to our bank account on invoice presentation. We also support Airwallex payment. For Tier 4 enterprise: Direct Transfer to our bank account on invoice presentation ACH / SEPA / wire. Quotes and Invoices are in AUD with multi-currency settlement to Toptronic Ltd HK.

    Pain §17.3 payment-method coverage Refund policy →

  6. 1.6 Which currency do you bill in?

Toptronic Ltd bills in Australian Dollars (AUD). Every client pays the same published price, in AUD. Tier 1 is AUD $2,550/month, AUD $30,600/yr (see /comparison/in-house-hire-alternative/). Your invoice is itemised in AUD and matches the refund by delivery line items.

  7. 1.7 What happens if it doesn't work for me?

Two different situations, two different answers. If we fail to deliver the agreed work, refund by delivery refunds the undelivered line items, pro-rated. Mechanics and a live calculator at /legal/refund/. If the work is delivered but results are slower than hoped: results vary with account health and goal (we say so in writing on /how-it-works/), there is no lock-in. You simply do not pre-pay the next month, and the engagement ends with your full DataSet audit trail in your hands. The day-30 review exists precisely to make that call with month-1 numbers in front of you.

Onboarding & cadence

  1. 2.1 What happens in the first thirty days?

Example (This is customised for each customer): Day 0: 15-question intake & dialog. Metrics for corrective actions. Target Acquisition Methods, Goal Definition. Day 1: assignment of named TTPA + voice-match interview. Day 5: dedicated laptop provisioning completed + security & RDA approved. Day 14: review. Day 30: month-1 delivery & metrics (for Tier 2 + Groups delivery; for Tier 3 + DataSet delivery; Tier 4 = Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Tier 3 + Corporate Metrics) + next month's planning of tasks.

Pain §11 onboarding cadence See how it works →

  2. 2.2 How much of my time will the engagement take?

Roughly 1-2 hours the first week. Then, about 45 minutes at month end. We design the cadence around your calendar, not ours. You receive "Valet" treatment.

Pain §11.2 founder time bandwidth Read the founder brief →

  3. 2.3 Will the TTPA invite on my behalf?

Yes. Every draft of an invite is matched against examples you furnish us. We do not post anything that does not read like you. For customers in the electrical industry, we offer editorial services.

Pain §6 brand-voice drift Compare against Cleverly →

  4. 2.4 Can the TTPA work with my multi-partner approval workflow?

Yes (For example, sequential, parallel and quorum approval are some of our first-class workflows for law-firm partners and we can model your partner-committee sign-off system). Drafts traverse in your preferred order; nothing ships without the final OK.

Pain §5 approval workflow Read the professional-services brief →

  5. 2.5 Who exactly works on my account, and what happens if they are unavailable?

One named TTPA, bound 1:1 to your account under /security/ control C3. We do not allow silent operator swaps. A documented back-up TTPA covers leave and illness, and any handover is disclosed to you, never silent. Every operator passes a Hong Kong background check and signs a mutual NDA before touching an account (C13); the NDA template is public at /legal/nda/.

    See how it works →

  6. 2.6 How do I reach you if something is urgent?

Day-to-day: your named TTPA through the review channel. True account emergencies: a direct WhatsApp/Signal SEV-1 line to your operator, set up at onboarding, not a ticket queue. Everything else: [email protected], answered by the same team that runs your account.

Security & compliance

  1. 3.1 Where do my LinkedIn credentials live?

We use a LastPass tenant. Toptronic Ltd operates an operator tenant that can request session access but never holds plaintext credentials. See /security/ control C6 for the architecture note.

Pain §16.1 credential storage Read 13 named controls →

  2. 3.2 Do you have a Data Processing Addendum?

Yes. Published. Twelve clauses + four Annexes including a named Annex II that cross-references the /security/ control matrix. The DPA carries a DRAFT pill until Toptronic GC ratification (Bundle 1 review window).

Pain §16.2 procurement-grade evidence Read the DPA →

  3. 3.3 Who are the subprocessors?

For Payment: Stripe, PayPal and Airwallex (payments).
For Tasks preparation: Excel and Word (we mainly "Copy and Paste" by hand, in-session, into LinkedIn from the preparation documents).
    For OS: we use Windows.
    For VPN: we use ProtonVPN.
For Remote Desktop: we use a customised RustDesk.
For Web Browsing: we use Microsoft and/or Google (we will authenticate both on your dedicated laptop when signing on the first day of operation, so as to have a backup browser).
For Email: we use Google and Proton.

Pain §16.3 subprocessor transparency See subprocessor list →

  4. 3.4 When will you be SOC 2 Type II compliant?

Observation window opens Q4 2027; Type I attestation Q2 2028; Type II attestation Q4 2028. We do not claim "SOC 2 ready" today. The dates above are commitments, not aspirations, and shift only with a public reasoned update.

Pain §16.4 dated readiness commitments See SOC 2 readiness window →

  5. 3.5 Is the TTPA on a dedicated laptop or shared?

    Yes, dedicated.
One TTPA, one Toptronic-issued laptop, one buyer LinkedIn account at any time.
    No shared workstations, no BYOD.
Dedicated egress IP per /security/ C2.

Pain §16.5 laptop isolation See controls C1-C3 →

  6. 3.6 Will using TTPA get my LinkedIn account restricted or banned?

No vendor can promise immunity. Only LinkedIn controls enforcement. What we control is everything LinkedIn's fraud-graph flags: no bots, no scrapers, no shared or rotating IPs (a dedicated laptop and egress IP, /security/ controls C1-C2), a named operator performing every action by hand, in-session, within LinkedIn's own rate limits. This manual workflow has held since 2010. What we cannot control is activity outside our loop. If you connect automation tools or let others use the account, that risk stays with you.

Suspension recovery

  1. 4.1 My LinkedIn account was suspended. Can you get it back?

No vendor can promise restoration. Only LinkedIn restores accounts.
There is a process to follow.
Tier 0 is an AUD 300 consultation.
This is a forensic analytical conversation (from as little as 30 minutes up to 90 minutes) about what the likely causes of the suspension are and what could be your most defensible appeal.
There is no guarantee of restoration.

Pain §11 suspension recovery — disclaimer required Read account-recovery (with disclaimer) →

  2. 4.2 How long does the suspension consult take?

Thirty minutes to ninety minutes scheduled by email appointment to suit your availability.
We will read the suspension notice with you, discuss what their forensic analytical data could be and why, then walk you through the appeal options.
We will then draft a bullet point list to help your possible appeal (you can submit it).
But, you have to take it from there unless you empower us to do it on your behalf at an extra fee.

Pain §11.1 consult format Book the consult →

  3. 4.3 Will using TTPA prevent my account from being suspended in the future?

No vendor can promise that either if other people have access to your account.
What we do: operate on dedicated laptop + dedicated egress IP, never automate, never run cross-account scripts, follow LinkedIn ToS to the letter.
We mainly do "Copy and Paste" manually on your dedicated-unique laptop and leverage ALL the features of Sales Navigator (SN).
That workflow has held since 2010. No funny business.
But if you do something else that we do not know (example: connecting automation to your account or having other people doing other tasks we cannot measure and stay within the LinkedIn ToS), then, it is not a guarantee as we do not control and measure the total use and the locations.

    Pain §11.2 fraud-graph posture See dedicated-laptop controls →

Sales Navigator

  1. 5.1 Do I need to bring my own Sales Navigator seat?

Yes. Your TTPA operates against your Sales Navigator seat. We do not run a shared pool.
The seat must be active throughout the engagement; if need be, we will help you choose the right SN tier (Core / Advanced / Advanced Plus) at intake.
You need to ensure your Sales Navigator Subscription is "Active" at all times.
As of today, without exception, our customers have an automatically renewable annual subscription.
All our Tiers exclude the price of Sales Navigator.

Pain §18.6 SN seat ownership See SN catalog →

  2. 5.2 How does the saved-search sweep work?

Tier 1 is monthly; Tier 2-3 is weekly.
The TTPA opens each saved search, exports the delta (new entrants since last sweep), filters against your ICP (or your Goal), and saves the matched candidates as 1st-connection invitation drafts for your OK.

    Pain §18.1 saved-search dust SN catalog row 3 →

  3. 5.3 Can the TTPA write better InMail copy than my current cadence?

Almost always, by 2-3× on reply rate against a stale baseline (this happens because your TTPA is focused on this and does not have any other job to do).
Drafts are A/B-tested in micro-batches (5-7 messages); the winner is selected and we go with this for the week or even the month.
Numbers from the 2024-2025 cohort are in /case-studies/.
